Run 16 laps (Equivalent to a mile in the Power Center: 1 lap = 100)
25 tuck jumps
Run 12 laps
20 One leg squats (10 each)
Run 8 laps
15 Air squats – depth below 90 degrees
Run 4 laps
10 Split squats
