Dynamic Warm Up

3 Rounds of:

6 Tricep Push Downs
AMRAP Box Jumps in 30 seconds
5 Pull Ups****
5 Floor Press (65+ pounds)
AMRAP Box Jumps in 30 seconds
6 DB Bent Over Row (both arms at same time)

****If you can do 5 or more try weighted pull ups! Place a 5-10# DB between your feet.

In/Outs
Butterfly Sit Ups
Streamline Crunches
