Dynamic Warm Up

Navy Seal Test:
- 2 minutes Pull Ups
- 2 minutes Rest
- 2 minutes Push Ups
- 2 minutes Rest
- 2 minutes Sit Ups
- 5 minutes Rest
- Run 1.5 miles
- 10 minutes Rest
- 500 yard Swim
