2. Pull Ups

3. Burpees

4. Box Jumps

5. Split Squat Jumps (6 on each leg)

6. KB

6 Rounds 6 Reps of Each Exercise AFAP (As fast as possible)

Rest 60 seconds between rounds

Order of Exercises per Round

Round 1) 3 - 2 - 4 - 6 - 1 - 5

Round 2) 5 - 1 - 3 - 4 - 2 - 6

Round 3) 4 - 6 - 2 - 3 - 5 - 1

Round 4) 1 - 3 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 2

Round 5) 3 - 4 - 1 - 2 - 6 - 5

Round 6) 6 - 2 - 5 - 1 - 3 - 4
