10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
10 Sit Ups
:30 Jump Rope or Jumping Jacks
***Go right in to 2nd round!

Then:
4 Round of:

5 Box Jumps
6 DB Cleans
8 Streamline Jumps
10 DB Lunges + Push Press (5 each leg)
12 Dynamic Squats
14 DB Bi Curls
